Returns & Exchanges
PRINT EXCHANGES:
If you receive a damaged print you must contact us within 7 days of receipt by email tc@zenixvr.com, please include in the email photos of the damage. We’ll pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective/damaged item).
FRAME RETURNS:
All frames are manufactured by Craig Frames Inc. and returns and exchanges will be handled according to their policy:
“You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).”
If you need to return a frame, please contact us at tc@zenixvr.com with your order number and details. We will respond quickly and work with Craig Frames to return/exchange the item(s) from your order.
