This photo is inspired by Gautama Buddha and the people who farm the sacred Tegallalang Rice Terrace in Bali.
Exploring the Tegallalang terrace felt like arriving at Nirvana. We hiked throughout the breathtaking rice fields and basked in the beauty of Bali. This image is a composite of Tegallalang, and Buddha. When I see this photograph I get to experience Nirvana.
I chose metallic photo paper to accentuate the color and sheen of the image. Creating a beautiful soft luster on a surface of the photograph.
